Dr. Ken Kaufman is a Doctor of Chiropractic with more than 30 years of experience helping patients recover from injury, restore movement, and return to the activities they love. A graduate of Life University School of Chiropractic, he has been serving the Sarasota community since 1994 and is the founder of Sarasota Sports Medicine.
Dr. Kaufman combines evidence-based chiropractic care with regenerative and sports medicine treatments to help patients overcome pain, improve function, and stay active. His personalized approach focuses on identifying the underlying cause of musculoskeletal conditions while creating treatment plans designed to restore mobility, optimize performance, and reduce the need for surgery whenever possible.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and is licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the state of Florida.
With more than 20 years of healthcare experience, Griseida combines advanced clinical expertise with a personalized approach to help patients relieve pain, restore function, and improve their overall health. She believes in treating the whole person by developing individualized care plans that integrate evidence-based medicine with innovative regenerative therapies to support lasting wellness.

Dr. Jeffrey P. Johnson has more than 41 years of dedicated private practice. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa and his Doctorates degree from Life University in Marietta, Georgia, in 1985. In 1986, he founded Johnson Medical Center in Venice, Florida, where he has remained a leading practitioner on the west coast of Florida ever since.
Dr. Johnson’s guiding philosophy is to help patients rediscover their quality of life by restoring mobility, strength, and the body’s natural ability to heal. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, he addresses the full spectrum of patient wellness—including lifestyle factors, home exercise programs, stretching routines, and nutritional support—recognizing that comprehensive care yields superior and more enduring outcomes.
His practice emphasizes advanced, evidence-based modalities for patients who have not achieved satisfactory results with conventional approaches such as physical therapy, standard chiropractic care, steroidal injections, pain management, or surgery. Dr. Johnson has been on the forefront of the regenerative medicine field for many years. He is specially trained in Manipulation Under Anesthesia (MUA) and holds certification from the National Academy of Manipulation Under Anesthesia Physicians. He is also a member of the ACA, the FCA, and other professional organizations.
